Rodrigo Santoro, Vincent D'Onofrio (o Wilson Fisk de Demolidor), Seu Jorge e Colm Meaney (Apenas uma Chance) também estão no elenco. Felipe Simas faz o papel de Garrincha.
A previsão era que o filme fosse lançado antes da Copa do Mundo de 2014 no Brasil, mas a produção atrasou. A estreia está marcada para o mês de maio.
